We provide occupational therapy services across the north-western suburbs of Melbourne and are looking for a passionate OT who wants to make a genuine difference.
About the Role
You'll play a vital role in supporting children and families to achieve their personal goals, independence, and quality of life.
This role welcomes occupational therapists with any level of experience, including those new to paediatric practice.
Your work will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments
Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans
Providing hands-on interventions (e.g. functional skills, adaptive equipment, home/workplace modifications)
Collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure holistic support
Documenting progress and maintaining high-quality clinical records
Participating in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development
What We're Looking For
A degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
New graduates are welcome to apply for this position
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
A passion for empowering clients and providing client-centred care
