Job Description
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing high-level administrative support across the Academic Support Unit, ensuring the smooth delivery of academic programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate Quality Teachers Practical Assessment (QTPA) and Masters Programs, supporting student progression and assisting with school events.
* Provide support to school-based events and enhance processes using a continuous improvement and best practice ethos.
* Create an outstanding customer experience in line with the University strategic plan.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Completion of a degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
* Extensive experience providing customer-focused administrative support, including setup and manage complex scheduling scenarios.
* Excellent stakeholder management, interpreting and applying policies and procedures.
* Experience in organising and supporting events and maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive matters discreetly.
* Excellent computer literacy, including the ability to use databases, Microsoft 365 applications and learn new systems quickly and effectively.
