Disability Support Worker Role
As a valued member of our team, you will work collaboratively with clients to support them in achieving their individual goals through a strength-based and person-centred approach.
The role involves providing high-quality supports for clients accessing Supported Independent Living services, enabling them to maintain their independence and participate in the community based on their needs and goals.
You will be responsible for providing personal care assistance as required, including toileting, showering, feeding and dressing. You will also support the development of independent living skills such as cooking, domestic and social skills.
