The Role
As Shift Supervisor, you'll play a hands‐on leadership role ensuring smooth, high-quality daily operations, including:
* Leading shifts and motivating team performance
* Delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences
* Overseeing food preparation, service standards, and product quality
* Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance
* Managing inventory, stock, and ordering
* Ensuring a clean, organized, and high‐standard venue
* Handling customer issues confidently and professionally
* Supporting team training, culture, and operational success
* Assisting with marketing and promotional initiatives
You'll set the tone on shift, inspire your team, and contribute to the ongoing success of the restaurant.

What We're Looking For
* 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Positive, motivated, and solutions-focused attitude
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
* Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
