We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our Geraldton location. No optical experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to support you in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities
Support, coach, and motivate your team to achieve and surpass store targets
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training
Act as Store Manager when needed, including opening and closing the store
Provide memorable customer service with exceptional product knowledge
Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional activities
Create a safe environment for staff and customers
About You
Previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in retail
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Confidence to give and receive constructive feedback
Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
