The Digital Advertising Manager will be primarily responsible for the accurate activation, optimisation, troubleshooting, and reporting of campaigns across all performance marketing channels (search, social, display, video, native, sponsorships). This is a highly detail-oriented role that will be very comfortable working in ad technology platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to understand campaign strategies, and then implement the campaign plans within our ad technology platforms. You will also work with the Performance Marketing Manager to surface the insights you uncover through your implementation and reporting, and turn these into new campaign strategies and experiments. You will collaborate with our internal brand and production teams to ensure campaign and creative timelines are known and adhered to, whilst collaborating with our external agency partners to ensure campaign budgeting and invoicing is accurate. You will have the opportunity to work with the Performance Marketing Manager to develop campaign strategies and recommendations, working up to taking full ownership of planning and implementation for a selection of campaigns. Please note this is a 12 month contract opportunity. What you’ll do Develop an understanding of how different channels can be used to achieve various campaign objectives. Campaign execution, including creative trafficking, set up, optimisation, troubleshooting and budgeting across programmatic, search, and social platforms. Ensuring campaign execution is accurate and adheres to all regulatory requirements. In depth reporting and analysis of campaign performance to identify trends and insights. These insights are to be used to assist in developing new strategies and experiments and optimizing channel composition and investment. Audience management for your brands within performance marketing channels. Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Execution, and measurement of targeting and conversion experiments. Financial reconciliation and reporting What you’ll bring Tertiary qualifications in marketing, technology or data related fields preferred. At least 3-4 years previous experience in performance or digital marketing. Experience in managing monthly investment of $100,000 is preferred.
