Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales growth and revenue targets
* Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
* Lead people management practices that foster alignment, clarity, recognition, and performance
Requirements
* Multi-site retail experience with a focus on sales leadership and customer service
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
* Demonstrated experience in sales leadership and commercial acumen
* Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication and influencing skills
