Job Description
The Regional Sales Director plays a critical role in ELMO's continued growth and expansion in new and developing markets. This role is responsible for directing, supporting, and overseeing all aspects of ELMO's sales growth strategy to increase profit and exceed annual sales and territory objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and mentoring the sales team to maximize revenue and meet corporate goals.
* Defining roles, responsibilities, and performance goals for all staff members.
* Developing and managing KPIs aligned with ELMO's key objectives.
* Effectively forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
* Evaluating and implementing new sales techniques to increase volume.
* Ensuring compliance with information security and privacy policies.
Desired Skills And Experience
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or Commerce.
* Leadership: 3+ years of sales managerial experience with a proven track record as a mentor and coach.
* Sales Background: Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B business development, with at least 4+ years specifically within the SaaS industry.
* Strategy: Proven success building and developing sales channels, plans, and high‐performing teams.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced Salesforce skills and the ability to generate/read complex reports and ledgers.
* Attributes: Performance‐oriented, agile, and possess exceptional attention to detail in a fast‐paced environment.
* Communication: Strong organizational, planning, and relationship‐building skills.
