We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team – help drive our expansion by selling grouped dwelling projects currently under construction and in the pipeline.

About the Role
* Manage enquiries & convert them into sales contracts
* Present fixed‑design home packages and explain land + build processes
* Guide buyers through financing steps & progress payments
* Build strong relationships with buyers, referral partners & channels
* Work closely with marketing & project teams to achieve & exceed targets
About You
* Experienced in real estate, off‑the‑plan, new home, or house & land package sales (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication & negotiation skills
* Target‑driven, organised, and motivated to succeed
* Sales Registration to sell real estate in WA is essential
