Job Title: Programs & Activities Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Programs & Activities Coordinator to join our team. As a Programs & Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging programs that promote detainee wellbeing and capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver programs that cater to the diverse needs of detainees
* Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement program initiatives
* Maintain accurate records of program delivery and evaluation
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for detainees
Requirements:
* Certificate III in a relevant field (e.g. community services, youth work, or education)
* Current First Aid certification
* Able to work flexible hours across the week
* Commitment to diversity and safety in the workplace
