Join Our Yumbar Dairy Free Ice Cream Team as a Kitchen allrounder supporting the Kitchen Manager.,
located in the Byron Bay Food Hub.
Casual, possibly Leading into a full-time position.
3-5 days a week. No weekend work or evenings.
Requirements:
* Ability to follow instructions, with recipes, measure and assemble ingredients.
* Someone who has an interest in understanding, or willing to learn what is involved in producing and creating dairy-free natural ice cream.
* It would be an advantage to have knowledge of various ice cream production methods and kitchen machinery.
* Strong commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards in the manufacturing and packaging environment.
* Meticulous attention to detail to ensure consistent quality and taste in all batches of dairy free ice cream.
* Collaboration skills to excel in a fast-paced kitchen environment, working alongside a team to meet production targets.
* Someone who is going to take a hands-on approach and get involved in every aspect of day-to-day production.
* A person who is reliable and willing to be part of the team long term.
