Job Description
This is a fixed-term full-time appointment for 12 months as parental leave cover with the possibility of extension(s), commencing in April 2025.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of operational functions at Osborne Park Hospital. The role involves providing high levels of project, administrative, governance, and business support to the hospital's Service Director.
* Develop and implement project plans and timelines to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
* Provide administrative and governance support to the Service Director, including preparing project documentation and coordinating meetings and events.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business needs and opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in project support, ideally within a healthcare setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
