Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced supply chain environment? We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to manage end-to-end operations supporting our mining product portfolio.

About The Role

The Supply Chain Specialist oversees all end-to-end supply chain activities for mining products, ensuring efficient performance and continuity of the legacy third-party warehouse.

You Will Be Responsible For

Manage planning, replenishment, and inventory for PAM/mining products.
Oversee toller operations, repacks, and production.
Update global teams on slow-moving or expired stock.
Coordinate with overseas teams on approvals and technical issues.
Communicate stock availability and delays to internal stakeholders.
Handle end-to-end order management (3rd party, toller, intercompany, and stock transfers).
Coordinate freight forwarding, customs clearance, deliveries, and goods receipts (GR).
Perform cycle counts (quarterly) and annual stock counts for legacy 3PLs.
Manage outbound deliveries, PODs, and tank documentation.
Process invoices via Vendor Invoice Management.

Administrative Support

Request freight quotes, manage IBC returns, samples, and SAP stock reconciliations.
Support other supply chain functions (freight invoices, PGIs, audits).
Maintain documentation and SAP data accuracy.
Approve purchase orders within Financial Approval Authority limits.
Perform ad hoc supply chain tasks as needed.

Key Competencies & Requirements

Strong commitment to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement and/or logistics.
Proven customer-focused work ethic and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in SAP and related systems.
Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.
