NDIS Support Coordinator Role
This critical support role is designed to help individuals with disabilities navigate the NDIS system and achieve their personal goals. As a skilled coordinator, you will work closely with participants to understand and implement their plans, connect them with relevant services, and build strong, supportive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate tailored supports for NDIS participants, connecting them with essential services and resources.
* Assist participants in understanding their plans and navigating the NDIS portal, ensuring seamless access to available support.
* Manage a range of supports tailored to individual needs, providing comprehensive care and assistance.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in social sciences, health, or a related field is required.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in case management within the disability or health sector is essential.
* A strong understanding of the NDIS and community-based supports is crucial.
This temporary maternity leave position offers an additional $15,900 annually and 5 weeks annual leave. You will be working in Darwin, supporting our valued clients in this vital role.
