Employment Consultant – Gold Coast / Tweed Heads Region
SF People is partner with a new entrant delivering the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) contract. We are recruiting full‑time permanent Employment Consultants for the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads, Robina, Southport and Beenleigh locations.
Opportunity
The Employment Consultant will manage cases, provide coaching and mentoring, create referral networks, and support clients through individual and group work. You will also engage in marketing, community outreach and ensure the IEA service is delivered efficiently and effectively.
Relevant Experience
* Proven experience within the Employment Services sector, ideally DES or comparable programmes; experience from other Employment Services, Vocational Rehab, Allied Health or transferable sectors is also considered.
* Case management, coaching and mentoring skills to work one‑on‑one or in groups, conducting appointments, interventions and group activities.
* Ability to assist people in improving their life outcomes, focusing on employment through training, education, work trials and job placement.
* Excellent time‑management and scheduling skills.
* Keen organisational and communication abilities, creating a welcoming and empowering environment for clients.
* Attention to detail and efficiency in administrative tasks.
* Capability to meet regular KPIs, targets and deadlines.
* Ability to work autonomously within a team environment.
Additional Information
* These are full‑time permanent roles based at dedicated sites on the Gold Coast, South Brisbane, Ipswich and Tweed Heads.
* Salary is negotiable based on skills, experience, qualifications and fit for the role.
* Salary package consists of base salary plus superannuation.
* This is an on‑site role; flexible working arrangements may be discussed if needed.
