Job Description
* Develop and implement industrial relations strategies in line with organisational goals.
* Provide expert advice on workplace relations and compliance matters.
* Escalation point for investigations.
* Negotiate and manage enterprise agreements and industrial disputes.
* Act as the primary contact for union representatives and other stakeholders.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with industrial laws and regulations.
* Prepare and present reports on industrial relations activities and outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior IR Partner Should Have
* A degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of Australian industrial relations laws and regulations.
* Proven experience in managing enterprise agreements and workplace negotiations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to provide strategic advice and solutions on complex IR issues.
* Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is highly regarded.
