About The Role
* Junior Property Management role - Portfolio is based predominantly in the Western suburbs.
* Managing a portfolio of around 100 properties - Customer Service is at the forefront
* No Routines, Finals or PCR's
* Day to day management of the portfolio, maintenance, arrears and home opens.
* Dedicated trust accountant and business development manager.
* Work within a team that shares ideas and works together, while also being well supported by the HOD and support staff.

Skills And Experience
* Candidate must hold a minimum of 2 years experience in Property Management.
* Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points.
* Experience using PropertyTree and IRE would be highly regarded.
* Exceptional presentation and high-level communication skills.
* Candidate must have a love for Property Management and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience.
* Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results.
