As the Office Administrator & Receptionist you'll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our clients. This is more than just a reception role — it's an opportunity to be at the heart of the real estate industry, gain valuable administrative and customer service skills, and build a rewarding career in a supportive and dynamic team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

· Support the sales team with client care and communication

· Assist with contracts, listings, and compliance requirements

· Update the database and maintain accurate records

· Be responsible for social media and marketing campaigns

· Manage the day-to-day aesthetic of the front office/front window

· Utilise internal systems to ensure the smooth running of the office

· A commitment to doing what's right and getting the job done properly

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Proven experience in a customer service role

· Strong time management and organisational abilities

· The ability to work both independently and collaboratively

· A high standard of personal presentation and professionalism

· Clear and effective communication skills

· The ability to organise, multitask, and prioritise tasks

· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Canva and social media
