The role
Our Fertiliser team operate a bulk granular and liquid fertiliser import and distribution business across WA.
We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Fertiliser Officer in Kwinana on an fixed-term contract until the 30th September 2027.
In this role, you will be working with a great team to establish and operate the site in order to receive, maintain, and outload fertiliser. Working across various functions, you will focus on quality assurance, task assignment, and have the opportunity to recommend improvements to operating processes.
Site Operational Hours:
5am – 8pm
Role will need to be available to work a Morning or Afternoon shift across the above hours.
Responsibilities include:
* Receive, maintain and outload fertiliser
* Ensure optimum utilisation of data input into the CBH system
* Ensure transporters are aware of operating procedures
* Raise and resolve maintenance inspections and repairs
* Ensure appropriate safety procedures / standards are adhered to for all site functions
* Assist with internal/external audit requirements and compliance tasks
About you:
* Experience in storage and handling of bulk products
* Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes including import and shipping
* Demonstrated understanding of safety awareness
* Competent in the operation of the Microsoft suite of products and data entry
* Forklift and Front End Loader tickets desirable
