**Your day to day**
Join us as a Casual Kitchen Steward in InterContinental Adelaide. You'll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene as per HACCP standard
- Provide clean operational service equipment to the food and beverage department in compliance with standard operating procedures and Health & Safety and hygiene regulations
- Your days will be varied but primarily involve general cleaning duties
**What we need from you**
- You'll be an organised and highly efficient team member that takes pride in their work.
- Flexibility - you will have the flexibility to work over a 7 day roster and enjoy being part of a very busy hotel kitchen operation.
- Shifts will vary across days, evenings, nights and weekends so availability then, and across the festive season is a must
- Strong - sometimes you'll need to lift, push, pull big objects up to 23kgs.
- Experience - ideally you'll have previous experience in a kitchen and stewarding environment and take a real sense of pride in your ability to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen.
- Fluency in English - you must be able to converse fluently with colleagues
