Salary package: $98,387 - $113,252 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position Description and Selection Criteria:
The Position
The Australian National University is seeking an experienced and qualified HR Data Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Consultant, HR Data Integrity & Insights, the HR Data Analyst (Projects) provides supports payroll assurance and compliance report and supports the development of workforce strategies through the analysis of workforce data and trends.
The HR Data Analyst (Projects) will support project work within the People Services department in the People and Culture Division including automating compliance reporting, workforce and payroll dashboard development and deployment, data quality and integrity, stakeholder management, develop documentation of processes and procedures, and work closely with the Workforce Planning & Analytics team on a range of initiatives.
The Person
We are seeking an HR data analyst with qualifications in data analytics/mathematics and demonstrated experience in automating HR reports, report writing and stakeholder management. Experience in the higher education sector would be highly regarded.
The School/Department
Workforce Planning & Analytics, People Services Department provides comprehensive support and advice on:
* The design, development and implementation of workforce strategies, including workforce trend analysis and projects, and position management projects.
* The development of the HR data governance framework to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
* Compliance reporting and benchmarking on workforce metrics.
* Automated analytical tools to provide HR operation, compliance, and reporting solutions.
