As a Business Growth Partner, you'll partner with clients to make the most of their business — helping them identify opportunities, strengthen performance, and turn their vision into practical outcomes. You'll manage your own portfolio of clients and work with a team of Accountants.
* Your role goes beyond compliance; you will play a key role working collaboratively with clients to create actionable strategies that drive sustainable success.
* Manage your own client portfolio, providing exceptional client service and high-quality accounting and commercial advice.
* Build strong, ongoing client relationships through proactive communication.
* Review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports to ensure compliance.
* Oversee workflow and budgets, ensuring jobs are delivered on time and profitably.
* Support, mentor, and develop a team of accountants.
* Contribute to business development and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working closely and collaborating with clients. They balance technical expertise with an easy-going, people-focused approach.
1. Experience in public practice accounting.
