A full time role within the leading Real Estate agency in the Yarra Valley. For an experienced or aspiring Residential Real Estate Agent, Realtor or Property Sales specialist interested in selling residential properties between $500,000 and $4 million in the Yarra Valley area.

Responsibilities
You'll be representing vendors and purchasers during the negotiation of selling and purchasing of properties.
Your normal day includes scheduling tasks into the database, booking vendor and buyer appraisals, and assisting the marketing team by handling certain social media tasks to promote listings and yourself. Additionally, you\'ll engage in vendor liaison, coordinating with property photographers, and selecting suitable photos for marketing purposes. The main focus of your day revolves around establishing your presence in the market and proactively engaging with potential clients by consistently making phone calls. This involves collaborating within a team of four sales agents, consisting of a Property Lister, Buyers Agents, Agent, and a Junior Prospector.

They have been in business for over 60 years and are the market leader in the outer eastern suburbs of Victoria. You\'ll have access to the biggest database in the area. They are a big donor to local community charities.
Compensation and growth
An experienced Agent can expect to earn at least $150,000. This, of course, depends on the individual. Some Real Estate Agents are earning over $200,000. A salary guide is $80,000 to $150,000.
Requirements
You will need to be a licensed real estate agent. You\'ll take pride in attaining a strong market knowledge, have a never give up attitude and unswerving commitment to the highest ethics in real estate.
