Receptionist / Admin Assistant
Monday–Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
Camco Contracting is on the lookout for someone reliable, organised, and easy to get along with to join our office team. If you like being busy, keeping things running smoothly, and being the go-to person in the office, this could be a great fit.
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and help keep everything ticking along behind the scenes. No two days are exactly the same, so being adaptable and switched on will go a long way.
What you’ll be doing
* Answering phones and directing calls
* Greeting clients and visitors
* Keeping on top of emails and general correspondence
* Data entry and maintaining job records
* Booking appointments and managing calendars
* Daily diary entries
* Helping manage jobs through from start to completion
* Jumping in to support the team with general admin
What we’re looking for
* Some admin or reception experience is helpful, but not essential
* Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
* Someone organised who pays attention to the little details
* Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
* Reliable and able to work on your own as well as in a team
