Job Description
Overall operation and maintenance
Responsibility for "own" plants
System monitoring to maximise energy production
Management of subcontractors or internal personnel, electrical and mechanical maintenance works, inspections, and repairs
Troubleshooting, maintenance works
Problem solving, data analysis, reporting, yield reporting, and documentation
Warranty tracking & spare parts management
Ground maintenance management
Taking over systems from the installer and making them operational
Guaranteeing all obligations arising from existing service and maintenance contracts
Qualifications
Experience in renewable energy as an engineer or technician with a hands-on approach
3+ years of Solar PV O&M experience on utility-scale solar or experience as a wind technician
Relevant qualification in electrical, mechanical, or engineering discipline
Certification for Schneider Electric XC, Huawei, and Sungrow is a plus
High mobility, especially regarding international travel
Proficiency in MS Office software
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
