About the Opportunity
We are seeking skilled Avionics technicians to join our team at RAAF Base Pearce, WA. You will work hands-on in an environment that values excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
This role involves supporting the Hawk Lead-In Fighter, a highly successful military jet trainer aircraft.
Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, your responsibilities include:
- Working with the Shift Team Lead to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring documentation is current and authorized.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, complying with BAE Systems and DASA regulations.
- Identifying and reporting defects and maintenance issues.
- Following safety and quality standards during maintenance and equipment operation.
- Supporting flight operations as required.
About You
- Experience in a workshop or hangar environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a defense security clearance.
- Knowledge of DASA regulations and a strong safety commitment.
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
