We are looking for an experienced administrator to support our Business Development Manager on a permanent full-time basis.

Responsibilities:
* Stay in regular contact with local corporate stores regarding any potential commercial leads
* Research and compile information for potential leads for BDM.
* Create client quotes as directed by BDM
* Send quotes, orders and invoices to clients
* Create and monitor orders and delivery schedules
* Facilitate Tender submissions
* Monitor client statements & overdue payments
* Maintain client records
* Schedule and assist with internal and external meetings and events
* Maintaining accurate and up to date department records
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
* Excellent MS Office knowledge
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
* Intermediate/Advanced computing skills
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Discretion and confidentiality
