About you: In your new role you will * Deliver high-level evidence-based social work clinical services in accordance with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) Code of Ethics; AASW professional practice standards; and relevant AASW Scope/s of Practice. * Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, develop appropriate intervention plans, and achieve outcomes, informed by high-level social work theory and contemporary knowledge of social determinants of health; medical terminology; legislation; resources; services and policy requirements. * Provide high-level and strategic advocacy to address client needs and ensure equity and access to services.
