What Youll Be Doing
* Conduct comprehensive primary health assessments and develop patient care plans
* Manage acute and chronic physical health conditions
* Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines
* Respond to medical emergencies and deliver urgent care when required
* Provide health education on disease prevention and self-care
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes
What Were Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor of Nursing and unrestricted AHPRA registration
* Minimum 23 years of post-graduate experience in acute or primary healthcare (within the last 5 years)
* Background in Primary Health, Rural or Emergency Nursing
* Current CPR (HLTAID009 or equivalent) and First Aid
* Experience using electronic health record systems
Desirable
* Advanced Life Support certification
* Recognition as a Nurse Immuniser (NSW)
* Skills in phlebotomy, cannulation, suturing, application of back slabs, etc.

* Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of mental health, chronic disease management, and culturally safe care
