Reporting directly to the Head of Agribusiness Transaction Services, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales campaigns for premium rural properties and agribusiness assets. Your focus will be on fostering strong relationships with regional contacts, leveraging your expertise in rural property sales or advisory to drive business growth.
* Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand our presence in the rural market.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including regional contacts and internal teams.
* Conduct thorough analyses of sales data and client information to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across divisions to ensure seamless referrals and information exchange.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong track record in rural property sales or advisory, with a proven ability to build and maintain high-quality relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will also have a deep understanding of the agricultural and agribusiness sectors, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.
