Practice Administrator Position
As a skilled Practice Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team.
* Manage corporate secretarial duties
* Correspond with regulatory bodies such as the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
* Lodge income tax and Business Activity Statement (BAS) returns
* Collate documents and maintain accurate records
* Provide administrative support to senior management, including diary management, typing, and bookings
Required Skills:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems
* Highly organized with excellent time management skills
