 * Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of audit and statutory filings ensured
M&A Integration & Playbook Execution:
 * Post-close financial integration including accounting clean-up and reporting setup
 * Standard finance playbooks deployed across acquired entities
 * Strong internal controls maintained across all OpCos
 * Automation of reporting and working capital optimization through collaboration
 * Data-driven improvements championed through systems upgrades
 * High-performing international finance team led and mentored
 * Career development, cross-training, and succession planning facilitated

Requirements:
 * CPA/CA required; MBA or advanced credentials an asset
 * 10+ years in progressively senior finance roles, ideally in software or PE-backed environments
 * Track record of building and leading finance teams across multiple entities
Technical + Strategic Fluency:
 * Expertise in AASB/IFRS close processes and external audit readiness
 * Strong financial modeling and variance analysis skills
 * Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP; comfort with systems/process design
