Your Role Will Include:
 * Chairside assisting across a wide range of procedures (restorative, preventative, surgical, crown & bridge).
 * Setting up and maintaining sterile environments in accordance with infection control standards.
 * Assisting with scanning (Primescan), taking X-rays (if certified), and photos as needed.
 * Managing stock levels, ordering materials, and maintaining a clean and tidy surgery.
 * Supporting the front office when required – we work as one team
 * Building great rapport with patients – creating a calm and welcoming environment.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
 * Confident, caring, and professional with a can-do attitude.
 * A team player who brings energy and positivity to work.
 * Experienced in dental assisting (minimum 1 year preferred, but not essential for the right person).
 * Familiar with D4W or quick to learn new systems.
 * Organised, clean, and reliable – we value people who take pride in their work.
Bonus if you have:
 * X-ray certification, knows D4W
 * Experience with CEREC
 * Experience assisting in surgical procedures

Front Office Lead / Front Office Manager (2IC) Role:
Your Role:
 * Front Desk Operations – Manage appointment bookings, treatment planning, patient communications, payments, and D4W records.
 * Leadership & Team Support – Oversee daily workflow, mentor front desk staff, and be the right-hand support to the Practice Principal.
 * Patient Experience Champion – Ensure smooth patient journeys from first contact to post-treatment care, enhancing every touchpoint.
 * Billing & Compliance – Handle health fund claims, manage accounts, and maintain compliance with ADA and practice standards.
 * Problem Solver & Coordinator – Be the go-to person for day-to-day troubleshooting and help keep the practice running seamlessly.
