We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Front Office team, where you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Job Description:
As a Front Office professional, your primary responsibility will be to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests from the moment they arrive. This includes checking-in and checking-out guests efficiently, handling payments, and responding to guest inquiries.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and providing personalized attention.
* Manage guest bookings, amendments, and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
* Process payments and handle any issues or concerns that may arise during a guest's stay.
* Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, including preparing rooms and handling departures.
* Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, offering tailored recommendations and solutions to enhance their stay.
* Support reservation functions, utilizing our systems to manage bookings and provide accurate information.
* Develop strong communication skills, listening to and addressing guest concerns while also providing positive feedback.
* Utilize problem-solving skills to turn challenges into opportunities, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive experience.
* Fluency in the local language is essential, with additional language skills highly regarded.
* Display literate and tech-savvy abilities, with a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
Requirements:
* Able to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
* Availability to work evenings (3pm - 11pm) is advantageous.
* Hold a full Australian Driver's Licence to provide valet parking services.
* Have the legal right to work in Australia without limitation or hour restriction, and hold a current police clearance (not older than 6 months).
