We are seeking a highly experienced Modern Endpoint Engineer with deep expertise in Windows 11 and Microsoft Intune to support and stabilize our post–Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade environment.
This role requires a hands-on specialist who can independently diagnose, manage, and remediate endpoint defects following the Windows 11 migration, ensuring minimal business disruption. The successful candidate must be capable of operating autonomously, without reliance on support, and driving issues through to resolution.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead defect management and remediation activities following Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgradesTroubleshoot and resolve complex Windows 11 endpoint issues (OS, drivers, policies, applications, performance)Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune for device configuration, compliance, application deployment, and policy managementInvestigate root causes of upgrade-related incidents and implement permanent fixesManage endpoint configuration baselines and ensure security complianceProvide proactive monitoring and stabilization of upgraded devicesDocument technical fixes, workarounds, and remediation processesEngage stakeholders as required while maintaining ownership of issue resolution
Required Skills & ExperienceExtensive hands-on experience with Windows 11 in enterprise environmentsStrong background in managing and supporting Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade programsAdvanced expertise in Microsoft Intune (device management, configuration profiles, compliance policies, Autopilot, application packaging & deployment)Proven experience in defect triage and remediation in large-scale endpoint environmentsStrong troubleshooting skills across OS, endpoint security, and enterprise applicationsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong documentation and communication skills
