Procare’s Factual Investigation Division is seeking multiple TAC Factual Investigators to join our expanding team across Victoria! As a TAC Investigator, your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day.
We have full-time, casual, and contractor roles available for experienced TAC Investigators.
The Role
Attend various locations, predominantly within Ballarat and a proportion of work across regional VIC;
Interview appropriate key parties, take statements, collate relevant evidence, and produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You
Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence;
Hold a current Working with Children Check;
Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
Experience conducting TAC investigations is mandatory;
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines;
If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
