Let’s make everyday better together!The OpportunityThis win, along with other water projects in NSW and across Australia, marks a transformative step in supporting clients with complex infrastructure challenges.To deliver innovative solutions, we seek a Principal Structural Engineer to join our Sydney team and support our national industrial and water business.This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to advance their career by leading and developing our Sydney team and working on diverse water infrastructure projects.You will lead structural designs for steel structures in hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, treatment facilities, and general industrial projects. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction support.In a supportive, inclusive environment that values diversity and continuous improvement, you will have opportunities to mentor junior engineers and grow professionally. As a principal, you will be a key leader in the Sydney Structural team, driving successful project outcomes through team leadership.About YouYou will be a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, with significant experience in steel structures design (industrial buildings, steel framing, roofing). Experience with concrete or liquid retaining structures is desirable but not essential. You should be highly organized with excellent technical and communication skills, with a desire to lead and mentor teams and ensure project success.You should have a collaborative working style, embracing interdisciplinary teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning and career development.
