The ideal candidate will be a proven Senior Associate with a strong focus on Mergers & Acquisitions, possessing exceptional drafting and advisory skills, a keen eye for detail, and a self-starting attitude.
Lead transactions across M&A; and major project deals
Advise clients on strategic business decisions and commercial opportunities
Draft and negotiate complex contracts across various industries
Provide high-level corporate and governance advice

5+ years post-admission experience
