Job Title
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Repair Supervisor to join our team in the Ipswich/Toowoomba region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of multiple domestic insurance jobs, ensuring high-quality repairs and excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare reports, quotes, and insurance damage assessments.
* Coordinate subcontractors & suppliers for high-quality repairs.
* Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and team members.
* Meet KPIs & ensure compliance with OH&S & legislative standards.
* Maintain records in repair management systems & Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
* Cert IV in Building & Construction (preferred).
* QBCC Supervisor licence or the ability to obtain.
* Experience in site supervision, estimating, scheduling & insurance repairs.
* Tech-savvy with repair management systems & Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of NCC, QBCC Standards, WHS regulations.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the highest quality of finishes from your trade team.
