- First 3–6 months: you’ll receive a minimum base + bonuses/commissions on completed deals.
- Commission-only scheme is available only if you already have at least 12 months of industry experience, a valid licence or Agent’s Representative Certificate, and meet all Real Estate Industry requirements.
- After this period: possible review of the base pay and commission structure depending on performance, with a clear pathway to a full-time role.

What You’ll Do
- Call and connect with agents daily – building trust and securing access to off-market and pre-market properties.
- Attend inspections, gather intel, and assess property condition, layout, and value-add potential.
- Keep detailed notes and share insights with the team so we can move fast on opportunities.
- Run numbers (growth, rental yield, uplift potential) and flag standout deals.
- Build long-term agent relationships so Aleksandra & Co is top-of-mind when opportunities arise.
- Collaborate on improving our systems and processes as we grow.
What You Bring
- A love for property and a willingness to learn and move fast.
- Confidence on the phone and in person, with genuine rapport-building skills.
- Hunger, resilience, and persistence – you don’t take “no” as the final answer.
- Strong organisation and follow-through.
- Comfort with numbers and property basics (training provided if needed).
- Driver’s licence and flexibility to attend inspections when required.
- Previous experience in real estate is not essential. Strong negotiation or sales skills, or a technical background (e.g., engineering, construction) will be viewed as a big plus.
- Agent’s Representative Certificate or equivalent is a plus, but not essential to start.
Performance Expectations
- Consistent agent calls and connections weekly (we’ll track this together).
- Detailed, timely inspection notes and deal intel.
- Demonstrated ability to open doors to off-market/pre-market opportunities.
- Showing grit, follow-through, and growth within the first 3–6 months.
