About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy handling customer interactions by phone and email while managing data entry and processing responsibilities behind the scenes.

In this Role You Will: * Prepare and process customer orders accurately and efficiently * Handle live data entry in SAP and manage communications via phone and email * Deliver quality service to both internal and external customers * Maintain a safe and professional working environment, reporting any safety concerns promptly * Coordinate with internal teams including Sales Admin, Despatch, and Inventory * Monitor and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution * Raise purchase orders and arrange required services for the centre * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product applications and order processes * Perform general administrative tasks including CRM and SAP-related duties What You Bring to the Role: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Experience using SAP (order entry, stock monitoring, notifications) * Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal * A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work independently and in a team * Strong time management and the ability to follow processes and policies * A customer-first mindset with a professional and courteous approach What We Offer: * A stable, supportive team environment * Opportunities to build your knowledge of SAP and customer service systems * Flexible work hours (within reason) to support work-life balance * Ongoing training and development opportunities * A safety-first culture where your wellbeing matters We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
