Key Responsibilities
* Develop and articulate overall engineering & maintenance strategy for site operations
* Generate and use knowledge of production and maintenance to identify and deliver opportunities for improvements in capacity, technology and equipment
* Develop team and source resources to ensure the site has the required skills and knowledge to manage the Engineering & Maintenance site workload
* Manage capital expenditure and maintenance budgets
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor of Engineering and significant experience in leadership role of an engineering or maintenance team
* Technical knowledge in liquid/high speed packaging equipment and robotics is advantageous
* Working knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems
* Continuous improvement mindset with ability to drive change and improve engagement
* Knowledge of safety protocols, processes, and systems preferably in a process safety industry
