We are a hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate group of professionals who provide quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
CMW has maintained year-on-year growth since its establishment in 2012, and the Rockhampton office is looking to bring on an Administrator / Accounts Officer to primarily support the Northern Queensland region. The role is varied and would suit someone with a strong background in accounts/bookkeeping who is happy getting stuck in and helping out wherever required to keep the office running smoothly. Outside of accounts, you'll also be involved with general and project-related administration tasks.
Responsibilities
* Timely processing of monthly accounts, reporting & reconciliations
* Effective maintenance and administration of a range of office systems such as the Health & Safety System and Quality System in conjunction with the Office Manager
* Efficient running of the office including supplies, mail, calls and messages, couriers, photocopying, binding and general office maintenance
* Accurate documentation of key meetings such as audits, health and safety meetings and team meetings
* Organisation of key communications and events for staff
Qualification/Experience
* Previous experience working within a professional services office environment.
* 2 + years experience with accounts and invoicing
* Relevant qualification in administration, bookkeeping, business or similar.
* MYOB experience preferred
