We are looking for an experienced Remarketing Manager to provide thoughtful leadership to our Remarketing team and to ensure success through innovation and effective supply chain management.

What you'll be doing:

1. Management of end-to-end de-fleet process;

2. Driving best financial outcomes including maximising economic value during and at end of lease, maximising returns through appropriate channel selection, and minimising disposal costs and expenses;

3. Ensuring asset stock is managed within the required KPI's through third-party service providers and the relevant internal and external systems;

4. Management of our third-party service providers including auction and vehicle sale channels, inspection services, repairers, and other end of lease partners;

5. Accountability for our vehicle portfolio mix, formulating strategies for optimal sale outcomes;

6. Maintaining all Remarketing business processes, including all end of lease requirements, fair wear and tear policies, and training documents;

7. Effective people management, including team member performance reviews, development plans, training, and support.

We're looking for someone who's…

1. Experienced within the Leasing, Finance, or Automotive industry in a commercial position;

2. Has an understanding of pricing levers of remarketing and leasing;

3. Proven history of developing pricing and profit strategies with an analytical view;

4. Is experienced in managing medium to large teams;

5. Has the ability to deliver favourable customer outcomes while partnering with internal and external stakeholders within complex situations;

6. Can speak to sound product development experience.
