Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor
About the Role
As a Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor, you will bring a genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service. As part of the Front Office Team, you are the key connection between our guests and the hotel, playing a vital role in ensuring every stay is memorable.
This role requires confidence working independently overnight while maintaining the highest Hilton service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Guest Services: Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
* Check‐In / Check‐Out: Manage smooth and efficient check‐in and check‐out processes during the night shift.
* Guest Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all in‐house, arriving, and departing guests.
* Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations and assist with leisure and corporate guest enquiries.
* Reservations Support: Assist with reservations and booking enquiries during late‐night hours.
* Night Audit: Complete the night audit process, ensuring all daily transactions are accurate and reports are generated correctly.
What We're Looking For
* Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, with the ability to work alone between 10:00pm – 6:00am essential
* Previous hotel front office or night audit experience preferred but not essential
* Friendly, bubbly, and positive attitude
* Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
* Ability to learn new computer systems quickly
* Fluent spoken and written English
* Demonstrated long‐term commitment and reliability
* Ability to manage hotel operations calmly and efficiently during overnight hours
Eligibility Requirements
* RSA (Approved Manager preferred)
* First Aid Certificate
* Aquatic Rescue Qualification
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
