Location Preference: Canberra-based candidates, though applicants from all Australian states will be considered.
Eligibility: Australian Citizens only and must be willing to undergo security clearance.
Contract Duration: Open to a 12‐month fixed‐term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and evaluate options and provide recommendation based on facts and dataConduct robust financial modelling for short list opportunitiesAssist in the preparation of client presentation documentsManage and update the Lease Outcomes/Savings reportsAnalyse and evaluate options and provide recommendation based on facts and dataPrepare Market Assessments and Lease Summaries of key lease termsConduct robust financial modellingAssist in the preparation of client presentation documentsManage and update the Lease Outcomes/Savings reportsAssist in the reporting of KPI'sAnalyse and evaluate options and provide recommendation based on facts and dataConduct robust financial modellingAssist in the preparation of client presentation documentsMonitors and analyses key demographic and economic trends within an assigned geographic marketReports on key developments and forward-looking insights to Leasing Executive/s and Transaction Manager/sAssists the team with any adhoc client general reporting requestsCollect market and comparable evidence of leased sitesManage and update the Critical Date reports within the MIS ensure all transaction are appropriately captured and and update the Lease Outcomes/Savings reports
Background And Experience
Recent graduates with a degree in Property, Real Estate, or a related field are encouraged to applyExperience in commercial real estate and leasing desirableMarket knowledge within given geographical area desirableDemonstrated ability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, lasting professional relationships
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Tertiary qualification in real estate, finance or a business-related discipline preferred
