The Opportunity ISS is seeking an experienced DIDO (Drive-In / Drive-Out) Mine Site Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning operations at our remote mining village in Central QLD.
Working on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, you will rotate with another Supervisor to ensure seamless site coverage and maintain a strong work–life balance.
Lead and motivate a team of mine site cleaners to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Create efficient cleaning schedules and allocate tasks to meet site requirements.
Inspire a culture of safety and teamwork that delivers spotless, reliable facilities every single day Monitor cleaning standards and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance.
Manage stock control of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Work closely with the Site Manager and other departments to support smooth daily operations.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to help them grow and succeed

What You Need
Previous experience as a Mine Site Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Good understanding of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and safety requirements.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening .
A National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months).
Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 (highly desirable).
