Job Description
As a site manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of projects from initial site setup to completion.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction remediation projects and possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and delegate tasks.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSEQ) requirements.
* Oversee the maintenance and operation of project sites, plant, and equipment.
* Manage relationships with internal teams, including HSEQ, engineering, and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate direct labour, labour-hire, and subcontractors.
* Liaise with supervisors to ensure efficient delegation of work activities.
* Provide advice on technical, trade, or engineering issues, as required.
Requirements:
* Police clearance due to Defence site involvement.
* White Card and drivers license.
* Previous experience in commercial building construction and refurbishment.
