What You’ll Do:
* Delivering and assessing CASA-compliant RePL and non-accredited RPAS training.
* Facilitating engaging, hands-on theory and flight sessions across multiple RPAS categories.
* Providing individualised coaching and learner support, including for those with LLN needs.
* Contributing to the development and improvement of course content and training materials.
* Maintaining accurate, CASA-compliant documentation.
* Supporting occasional operational flights (e.g. SAR demos, test flights).
* Assisting the Chief Remote Pilot (CRP) with general duties.
* Travelling interstate for training delivery (up to one week at a time).
About You:
Essential
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or CASA FIR / tertiary teaching quals).
* CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) – Multi-Rotor (sub 25kg minimum).
* CASA AROC.
* EVLOS or NVLOS experience.
* Solid understanding of CASA RPAS regulations.
* Proven background in aviation training – both practical and classroom-based.
* Willingness and ability to obtain IREX or BVLOS qualifications.
Desirable
* Endorsements in Medium Category or Powered Lift.
* BVLOS (OCTA or IREX).
* Familiarity with RPAS platforms/software (e.g. DJI Pilot, Mission Planner, Ardupilot).
