* Full time permanent position in North Sydney
* Flexible working arrangements (2 days WFH)
* Salary around $75,000 - $85,000 plus super

This role will include, but not limited to:
* Manage a portfolio of Strata Property claims, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
* Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims, determining coverage and liability
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth claims process
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with policyholders and stakeholders
* Participate in negotiations with policyholders and relevant parties to reach fair settlements
* Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies and guidelines
* Stay updated with insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in Property or Strataclaims related role highly desirable
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
